Breakfast was delicious and so was the room service! Staff were wonderful ( literally these guys should write a book on customer service) and upgraded my room after I told them I was moving from another hotel which had not been up to my standards. The gym had an amazing range of equipment and the spa was super relaxing. I requested an iron and ironing board, and the hotel actually ironed the clothes for me, free of charge! Beautiful area, close to the river, and loads of restaurants and bars, right in the centre. Great views from the window.

I liked the breakfast and especially the young veal from the restaurant, it was superb. I also loved the helpfulness of the staff and i have to commend Mr. Nemanja and Mrs. Slava for their professionalism and dedication to help the clients of the Hotel. They were eager to help and were quite respectful and polite while also being friendly. Amazing workers and an amazing hotel overall. I highly recommend it.😁

Lovely hotel, room was spotless, well decorated and had great views of the city. Location is about 10 mins walk from kalmegdan fortress, 15-20 mins from central pedestrian area, 40 mins or so from st sava cathedral - so not quite in the centre of the city but in a quiet residential area which is a benefit in itself! Gym was well equipped. We were amazed by the quality of this hotel for the price.

The stuff was very kind, helpful and patience. The room was clean, quiet, comfortable, in a modern style. There was everything that we need in the room. I would also like to note the presence of cozy bathrobes and slippers
